Attending an event at the Barn at Bradstreet Farm? We look forward to having you! Here’s all you need to know:
What to Wear Our clients generally set the tone for their own events. Keep in mind you are coming to a working farm. Most wedding ceremonies are outside, and you will be parking in our apple orchard - walking on grass is a certainty. During the spring or fall, you might consider a wrap or jacket so you can enjoy our outdoor space and lawn games in comfort. We do have heat and air conditioning in the Barn.
Event Rules We are very excited to have you come celebrate at our farm in a safe, happy & respectful way. We have a few rules to keep everyone safe and to ensure guests enjoy their time here:
No vaping or smoking of any kind is allowed except in our designated smoking area.
No outside alcohol of any kind - it will be confiscated and you may be asked to leave the property.
If the hosts' licensed bartenders refuse to serve you for any reason and you do not comply, you will be asked to leave the property.
Unruly, disrespectful behavior towards the farm, our team, vendors, another wedding guest or our clients will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave the property.
No pets with the exception of documented service animals.
All children must be supervised at all times.
No entering the animal pens or feeding the animals.
When guests break these rules, they put their hosts' security deposit at risk. If there are multiple alcohol violations, we may be forced to shut down your hosts' open bar for the evening.
Be kind, have fun and enjoy!
