What is your venue rental pricing for a wedding?
For 2022, pricing begins at $11,995 for Mon-Thurs, or $13,995 for Fri-Sun.
For 2023, pricing begins at $12,995 for Mon- Thurs or $14,995 for Fri- Sun.
This all-inclusive rental pricing includes ceremony, taxes and fees.
We have partnered with a local farm-to-table caterer Woodland Catering who works with our clients on custom menus using seasonal ingredients. Prices vary, but start at about $100 per person and can go up to $160 per person with the majority of the pricing sitting around $120/$125 per person, including gratuities, fees and taxes. Our caterer can work within most budgets and all styles. We can provide details when you tour.
Can we bring and serve our own food and alcohol?
No. All food served must be prepared in a commercial, licensed and insured kitchen, and all principal ingredients must be sourced locally. Our exclusive catering partner, Woodland Catering, will take care of this for you.
Our licensed bartenders must serve all alcohol, which must be purchased and delivered through our partner Kappy’s On Call. We can provide details when you tour. Guests cannot bring their own alcohol. This is strictly enforced during events.
How does pricing work with Woodland Catering?
Once a client has booked a date with Bradstreet Farm and begins communication with Woodland, they are presented with sample menus, pricing structure and a link to a New Client Questionnaire. Upon completion of the questionnaire, Woodland Catering will use that info to generate an initial menu quote. This quote always includes a Catering Total. The Catering Total encompasses everything you’ll need from the catering perspective to totally and completely execute your menu perfectly.
Except for rare occasions where major changes are required, there are never additional charges from Woodland Catering. This is an all encompassing price for our goods and services. Since we do not have food or beverage minimums, this makes for a very cost-effective pricing option for our clients!
How many people can the Barn accommodate?
The Barn accommodates 120 guests for a seated dinner, or 160 guests for cocktails and dancing. For parties larger than 120, we require our clients set up a tent outside for dinner. For parties larger than 160, the entire event can be accommodated in our fields in a tent. Of course, any client can choose to have their event completely outdoors regardless of size. All of our tents are provided by our required tent partner Sperry Tents Seacoast. Tents range in style and size and the excellent sales team over at Sperry will help you with all of this!
Does the barn have heat/AC?
Yes! Our barn is now heated and cooled!
What comes with my rental?
We provide outstanding value – our pricing includes: use of our 18th-century restored barn (with heat and AC); outdoor ceremony site (with indoor backup space in case of inclement weather); use of all in-house tables, chairs and linens (including our handcrafted farm tables); outdoor patio with furniture; gas fire pits; our whiskey barrel tables; parking (with attendant); acres of fields; on-site Barn at Bradstreet Farm event specialist during your event; our licensed & insured bartending team members to serve all of your bar needs; a deluxe restroom trailer with heat and AC; and our private farmhouse cottage on the property, which you can use on your wedding day as your dressing suite.
Can I get ready on the property?
Yes! You and your wedding party can use this beautiful space for hair & makeup and to get ready before your wedding and just walk right over to your ceremony! Our clients love this about the property.
Brand new for the 2022 season, we are building two new dressing suites that will be ready for the start of our 2022 wedding & event season! These beautiful, custom areas are a wonderful addition to our venue and will allow your and your teams to get ready on-site! Relax, get ready, and then walk right over to your ceremony - all right here on the farm!
How many weddings or events do you host a day?
Only one! Here at Bradstreet Farm we only host one barn wedding or event a day so that our clients can truly enjoy the day without distraction. This exclusive use of the property gives our clients flexibility on set up, break down and timing of their event.
Do you host other types of events besides weddings?
Yes! We host all sorts of events here on the farm from birthday parties to bridal showers. We book special events within 60 days of the event. If your event is within 60 days, please email us at email@example.com to learn more.
I would like to see the venue – can I just stop by?
Please do NOT just stop by. We offer a private property to our clients so we do not allow for any tours, visits or meetings on wedding and event days. This allows our clients to enjoy the property exclusively with their guests on their wedding or event day! The owners also live at the Bradstreet Farm, which is private property, so all tours & visits are by appointment only. Please don’t stop by without scheduling something ahead of time.
