What is your venue rental pricing for a wedding ?
For 2020, the 6- hour wedding rental package pricing begins at $7,995 for Mon-Thurs, or $9,995 for Fri-Sun. This all inclusive rental pricing includes all taxes and fees.
We have partnered with three local farm-to-table caterers who work with our clients on custom menus using seasonal ingredients. Prices vary, but start at about $90 per person, including fees and taxes. Our caterers can work within most budgets and all styles. We can provide details when you tour.
What comes with my rental?
We provide outstanding value – our pricing includes: use of our 18th-century refinished barn; outdoor ceremony site (with indoor backup in case of inclement weather); use of all in-house tables, chairs and tablecloths; outdoor patio with furniture; two gas fire pits; our whiskey barrel tables; parking (with attendant); acres of fields; on-site Barn at Bradstreet Farm staff member and event specialist during your event; our licensed & insured bartending team members to serve all of your bar needs; and our private, two-bedroom farmhouse cottage on the property, which you can use on your wedding day as your dressing suite.
Do you host other types of events besides weddings?
Yes! We host all sorts of events here on the farm from birthday parties to bridal showers. We have special event rental pricing for these types of events. Please email us at Tiffany@BradstreetFarm.com to learn more.
Does the barn have heat/AC?
Yes! Brand new for 2019- our barn is now heated and cooled!
Can we bring and serve our own food and alcohol?
All food served must be prepared in a commercial, licensed & insured kitchen, and all principal ingredients must be sourced locally. Our catering partners will take care of this for you.
Our licensed bartenders must serve all alcohol. Our clients work with our exclusive bartending company who provides our event hosts with outstanding service and assistance with all of their bar needs. We allows hosts to supply their own beer, wine and alcohol ahead of their event, which bartenders then open and serve on property. We can provide details when you tour. Guests cannot bring their own alcohol.
Can I get ready on the property?
Yes! Included in your rental is use of Doris's cottage which is right here on Bradstreet Farm. The cottage is beautiful and quite large. You and your wedding party can use this space for hair & makeup and to get ready before your wedding and just walk right over to your ceremony! Our clients love this about the property!.
How many weddings or events do you host a day?
Only 1! Here at Bradstreet Farm we only host 1 wedding or event a day so that our clients can truly enjoy the day without distraction. This exclusive use of the property gives our clients flexibility on set up, break down and timing of their event.
Do I need a wedding planner to have my wedding at the Barn at Bradstreet Farm?
While we don’t require you to have one, we do recommend a wedding planner or a "day of" coordinator. There are a lot of details involved in planning a barn wedding, and while we can connect you with vendors, you don’t want to spend your wedding day worrying about the details. Having a wedding planner or day site coordinator can help ensure everything goes smoothly so your wedding day is worry free.
How many people can the Barn accommodate?
The Barn accommodates 125 (including staff) for a seated dinner, or 175 (including staff) for cocktails and dancing. For parties larger than 120, we recommend setting up a tent outside for dinner. For parties larger than 170, the entire event can be accommodated in our fields in a tent, up to 800 people.

The owners live at the Bradstreet Farm, which is private property, so all tours & visits are by appointment only. Please don’t stop by without scheduling something ahead of time.
