What is your venue rental pricing for a wedding? 

For 2026 and 2027, full-day wedding package pricing ranges from $9,995 - $16,995 depending on the season and day of week. Clients have the property from 10am until as late as 10pm.

We also offer a microwedding package (capped at 50 guests including the couple) starting at $6,995.

3-hour special events (no ceremony) begin at $2,995 for up to 25 people; additional guests extra.

There are no services fees or additional taxes.

Can we bring and serve our own food?

​No. All food served must be prepared in a commercial, licensed and insured kitchen, and all principal ingredients must be sourced locally. Our exclusive catering partner, Vinwood Caterers, will take care of this for you. Vinwood also provides bar services.


​What is your catering pricing? 

We have partnered with a local farm-to-table caterer Vinwood Caterers. Prices start at $88 pp including:
  • Premium Linen and China Pattern for Your Guest Tables
  • Flatware and Stemware
  • Stylish Decor and Fitted Linen for the Food Tables
  • Silver Service Coffee and Tea Presentation
  • Chocolate Dipped Fruits or Fresh Berries with Whipped Cream
  • Cake Cutting and Presentation
  • Complete Event Setup and Breakdown
  • Catering Service Equipment - All Food is Cooked on Site
  • Complete Menu Design with Catering Coordinator
  • Catering Chef, Dining Room Manager and Catering Staff (this includes the bartenders) with No Additional Gratuities
  • All Administrative and Service Charges

How many people can the Barn accommodate?

The Barn accommodates 125 guests for a seated dinner, or 160 guests for cocktails and dancing. For parties larger than 125, we require a tent outside for dinner, followed by a reception in the Barn. For parties larger than 160, the entire event can be accommodated in our fields in a tent. Of course, any client can choose to have their event completely outdoors regardless of size. All of our tents are provided by our required tent partner - we can share that information when you book. 

Does the barn have heat/AC? 
​

Yes! Our barn is heated and cooled! ​​The building is uninsulated, so it won't get hotel-ballroom cold.

What comes with my rental?

We provide outstanding value – our pricing includes: use of our 18th-century restored barn (with heat and AC); outdoor ceremony site (with indoor backup space in case of inclement weather); use of all in-house tables and chairs  (including our handcrafted farm tables); outdoor patio with furniture; gas fire pits; lawn games; our whiskey barrel tables; parking (with attendant); free use of our in-house decor; acres of fields; a deluxe restroom trailer with heat and AC; and two private dressing suites. We also provide an amazing event management team. Catering is not included.

Can I get ready on the property? 


Yes! We have two private dressing suites. These beautiful, custom areas allow your and your teams to get ready on-site! Relax, get ready, and then walk right over to your ceremony - all right here on the farm! 

Do you host events all year?

​Our seasons runs mid-May through mid-November each year.

How many weddings or events do you host a day? 

Only one! Here at Bradstreet Farm we only host one barn wedding or event a day so that our clients can truly enjoy the day without distraction. This exclusive use of the property gives our clients flexibility on set up, break down and ceremony time. ​

Do you host other types of events besides weddings?
 


Yes! We host all sorts of events here on the farm from birthday parties to bridal showers. We book special events Monday through Thursday or within 90 days of the event. Please email us at [email protected] to learn more. 

I would like to see the venue – can I just stop by?

Please do NOT just stop by. We do not allow for any tours, visits or meetings on wedding and event days. This allows our clients to enjoy the property exclusively with their guests on their wedding or event day! The owners also live at the Bradstreet Farm, which is private property, so all tours & visits are by appointment only. Please don’t stop by without scheduling something ahead of time.
