Capacity
How many guests can the space comfortably hold? And does that number include your vendors, wedding party, and band or DJ setup? Barn venues are often on rural property, so don't assume modern infrastructure. Confirm whether there are restrooms on-site, or whether portable units will need to be rented - and ask about on-site parking, including whether shuttle or valet service is necessary and if guests can leave cars overnight. It's also worth checking whether the venue, including bathrooms, ceremony space, and reception areas, is accessible for guests with limited mobility. 

Recommended Vendors
